In springtime the common lime (Tilia europaea ‘Pallida’) or king lime, is sprouting earlier than the standard Tilia europaea. Same again in the autum the leave fall comes earlier.
The wide, heart-shaped leaves have a light green color with a yellowish undersurface.
Ideal for green construction in cities and along roads as there is a restricted root accumulation around the trunk. Also ideal for creating roof shapes due to the straight trunk.
