In springtime the common lime (Tilia europaea ‘Pallida’) or King Lime, is sprouting earlier than the standard Tilia europaea. Same again happens later in year: it also drops its leaves earlier in the autumn. The wide, heart-shaped leaves have a light green color with a yellowish undersurface and this looks particularly beautiful in this arch shape.
