In springtime the common lime (Tilia europaea ‘Pallida’) or king lime, is sprouting earlier than the standard Tilia europaea. Same again happens in the year: it also drops its leaves earlier in the autumn. The wide, heart-shaped leaves have a light green color with a yellowish undersurface.
Ideal for green construction in cities and along roads as there is a restricted root accumulation around the trunk.
