The Magnolia kobus, English name beaver tree, is a multi-stem with rich flowering during March / April.
This multi-stem is the first to show its beautiful flowers, as a result it is often incorrectly referred to as the tulip tree.
Only when the flowers have finished blooming, the green leaves appear.
